Ecommercevibes ships products throughout India, United States of America and other parts of the world. The orders delivered to residents in India & other countries are made at the customer’s doorstep.
All our products would be shipped from India or USA through leading courier companies. We accept to deliver orders to countries like Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Turkey, Thailand, Kuwait, Singapore, England, Canada, UAE and more. Delivery time- 10 - 20 business days from the date of payment/order.
Our couriers are all delivered as per the customer’s street address in full along with pin/zip code. We, therefore, request our customers to provide the correct address for timely delivery.
Shipping to India & USA:
Ecommercevibes ships out products everywhere in India and USA. To make sure that your delivery is made in the quickest possible time, our shipping agents do their best to make it happen. However, we are not answerable for any postal delays due to incomplete address or incorrect pin/zip code.
Shipping to Other Countries:
The cost of shipping orders to other countries will be calculated on certain factors like:
- Parcel size including the product
- Packing material
- Delivery destination
Right after choosing and adding a product to 'My Cart', you proceed to Checkout. There, the exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
· Shipment Time Frame
- For orders to other countries as well as those across USA & India, we have courier service providers like DHL Express, Delhivery, Beone Logistics, Singapore Post, S.F. Express, FedEx, DTDC, and Blue Dart.
- All our orders are delivered in 5 to 7 working days across India, USA, Europe, Asia and also Middle East countries.
· Shipment Risk
Ecommercevibes ships out all orders at no additional cost to customers. In case our courier company fails to deliver, you will not be at a loss because the in-transit risk is all ours.
However, we will not be responsible for parcels stolen from the door or lost or having caused partial damage. Once we deliver the package to the customer’s doorstep, we will not be answerable for any of these mishandlings.
· Shipment and Tracking
We will send you an email in regard to your order shipment just after we hand over your parcel to the courier. In our email, there will be tracking number and details of the courier service provider. Besides, there will be an expected delivery date.
Remember, the tracking numbers for shipped orders might take up to 48 business hours to become active on the courier company’s website.
· Requests for Address Change
No changes can be done once you register an order. However, any request for changing addresses would be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

· Incorrect Address
Make sure to provide your address correctly. Otherwise, while requesting for a reshipment of the same order, one might have to pay double shipping charges.
Delay in Shipping
In case there is any sort of delay in shipping, Ecommercevibes will send you a notification through an email. However, if the customer is not ready to accept such type of delays for his order, we would request our customer to choose his/her preferred shipping options.
Despite, if the customer is unable to find any option, we would refund the entire amount of the product excluding the courier charges.
However, there would be benefits like free gifts, store credit for future orders, etc. These would be applicable in specific cases.
We may even deliver your order in parts. If required, we would refund you for the parts undelivered.
Custom Duties and Fees
Customers will be accountable for any VAT/ customs or duty fees levied by their country. We will not have any authority over these fees.
The courier service provider might ask for additional service charges apart from custom duty in specific cases.
All our orders will be packed in standard boxes with nothing written on it. This would be done to ensure safe and secure delivery.
